چکیده
As interest in online learning has increased, studies utilizing a social system for the innovation of lecture/learning environments have attracted attention recently. To establish sustainable environment system, prior research investigated strategies to improve and manage presence collaborators (e.g., students, AI facilitators, etc.) an lecture. Nevertheless, negative effect was often neglected, which leads lack comprehensiveness managing lecturing environment. In study, we intend investigate influence with both positive (student engagement) (information overload) aspects on experience by formulating structural equation model. test model, implemented experimental lecture introductory session human–computer interaction, data from 83 participants were collected. The model analyzed Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). result shows influences student engagement (other learners: β = 0.239, t 2.187) information overload (agent facilitator: 0.492, 6.163; other 0.168, 1.672). also supports that is influenced as well (β −0.490, 3.712). These factors attainment engagement: 0.183, 1.680), satisfaction 0.385, 3.649; overload: −0.292, 2.343), efficacy 0.424, 2.543). Thus, it corroborates change level overload; furthermore, confirms changes reflected differently depending experience.

GSS Facilitation Restrictiveness in Collaborative Learning
GSS technology, extensively applied in decision making contexts, is now seeing increased application in the educational sector. Previous work has suggested that GSS applications can have significant positive effects on both theprocess and outcome of collaborative learning. This study extends this work to examine the importance of content and process facilitation in GSS-supported collaborative l...
متن کاملSocial Presence Questionnaire of Online Collaborative Learning: Development and Validity
This study articulates the construct of social presence and develops a social presence questionnaire for examining online collaborative learning with tests for reliability and validity. Questionnaire items were developed by revising the social presence questionnaire developed by Picciano in 2002 as well as reviewing research in the literature of computer support for cooperative systems (CSCW). ...
متن کاملCollaborative Agent Learning Using Neurocomputing
In this paper we investigate techniques to train an agent to accomplish certain tasks. Artificial Neural Networks will be the technique used to the train the agent. This paper will investigate the use of Generalised Regression Neural Network (GRNN) to create and train agents capable of detecting face images. This agent would make up the ‘Detection Agent’ in an architecture comprising of several...
متن کاملManaging Helpful Behavior in Collaborative Activities of Heterogeneous Agent Groups
This thesis aims to provide a foundation for designing computer agents able to work better with people and with other agents in heterogeneous groups. When agents work together on a collaborative activity, in addition to performing their share of the activity, they may be able to help one another and thus improve the collective utility. However, helpful actions typically result in some costs tha...
متن کاملDiscovering and Managing Social Compositions in Collaborative Enterprise Crowdsourcing Systems
Crowdsourcing is an increasingly used model to outsource certain tasks to be carried out by external experts on the Web. Especially when lacking experience or expertise with certain task types, crowdsourcing offers a convenient way to receive instant support. In this paper, we introduce an in-house enterprise crowdsourcing model, which leverages the crowdsourcing concept and transfers it to tra...
